cr84fncolorchallenge

I love these colour challenges over ahttp://cr84fncolorchallenge.blogspot.com/2011/01/cr84fn10
the colours are lovely although the lighting in my craft room shows them more vivid than they are actually!
I chose to make an easel card using ivory cardstock and put the 2 side panels through my cuttlebug and used marveymatchables in Lavender to add colour. I covered the base with Anna Griffin floral paper and overstamped with Sheena Douglas flourish stamps and a freebie bird stamp from Craft Stamper with Brilliance Peacock ink. I stamped the flourish again, twice and the bird and cut them out and used them to create the stop for the easel. I also glazed the bird.
The main image is Docraft's Hydrangea stamped with lavender ink and the leaves were punched out and layered up with silicone glue. The flower I made from card stamped with Brilliance Aurora and the sentiment is from Hobby Art on a small nestie. The backing paper is also Anna Griffin and punched around the edges with a fiskars edger.
