Less is more week 58 #2

Just had an idea for the waste that was left over  making the frame for Charlie, which you can see here.
So here is my second card for the LIM challenge:
I sponged Marina Mist onto the footprints and the name and stamped the script from French Foliage in black through the stencils and down the side.
I hand wrote Welcome in slate PM. I added a couple of gems to the big toes, big being the operative word, Charlie has large feet!!
Apologies for the shadow and the baby obsession:)

Thanks for taking the time to visit:)

  11. Charming card! New idea!
    You asked about my flowers.
    I think out and I make flowers for each my project. But while I did not make tutorials, because (as I think) it is a lot of them in the Internet (I like very much blogger ASTORIA for example here http://asti-n.ya.ru/posts.xml?tag=6855558). I make own form or painting of a flower, but principles remain the same. But that is important for me:
    1) the paper is better for a water color or handmade;
    2) the paper during painting, stampings and formations of a flower should be damp then you will have smooth transitions in colour and beautiful forms;
    3) use water colour paints, I Iike Distress or their combinations;
    4) be not afraid to think out own forms of petals, it is not obligatory to use patterns and punchers
    If there will be questions - write to me, I shall try to answer.
