Wow it's Saturday again and time for all the Limettes to get creative for this week's challenge at
Less is More! I'm always surprised at how early some of them appear!!!
So on your entry this week, we'd like to see TWO of something.
I loved Mandi and Chrissie's cards, such great techniques and thought this would be a fairly easy theme but guess what, my reject box is full:)
Finally I decided on a mix of digi images and ink.
I'm not sure who drew the stamps but it was someone called Celia!! My first card I printed out the cats and the sentiment (TLC) using Craft Artist, as it's easy to position everything. I masked off a square and also the cats and used a chalk ink to colour the centre. I shadow stamped the corner using grey ink with a strange little stamp that has various sizes of toadstools on it. Not sure where I got it from but I think it was a 50p bin at Ally Pally! I embossed a frame around the square and added a glitter collar to the cats.
My second card was generated on Craft Artist. I downloaded a drawing of a chaise longue and arranged the cats to sit on it. Again I added glitter for the collars. I showed it to my OH and he thought it was an old boot!!

Lol had to be a man that said that gave me a chuckle though bless him beautiful cards can't decide which is my fav as I like bits from both of them Like the way you have embossed the frame in the first one and the cats tail is hanging over it and the simplicity of the second one both very beautiful and both very different

Valerie thanks for comment if you ever need any help with MCS just shout honestly if I can use it anyone can I find craft artist soooooo hard to use I have the card version and gave up as it was so technical but I find MCS is the easiest one out of all of them and now they have the new cutting tools it's even better I helped some one else who was struggling with it and now she uses most of the time to so if you want to let me know

These are amazing Val - love the image and how you've used it so differently for each card. Think you might need to book hubby an appointment at the opticians! Vx

Well i adore both cards and am intrigued where you found that wonderful chaise longue in Craft Artist Professional. Have just downloaded this digitally and am about to install it on my laptop.
I also have MCS but don't use it very much as i really prefer to rubber stamp and get a bit messy...:-)
The way you have positioned the cats on the 'boot' is fabulous, they are both stunning cards.
They are both fabulous, love the first one. Had to smile at your OH comment.
