Less is More week 118-colour

Hi everyone I'm running a bit late for this week's LIM challenge which is as follows:


Colour Challenge 
This month we would like you to choose TWO opposite colours from this Colour Wheel


I couldn't make up my mind on any combination, it's strange because I have used a colour wheel all my working life to colour correct hair when it's gone wrong!! So to me opposites cancel each other out:) Anyway I eventually decided on violet and yellow and here's what I came up with:


I also made a card using the same colours but I didn't think it was CAS enough for Chrissie and Jen so went with the first one:)



I'm also putting my 2nd card in for the MMM challenge which is Anything that flies

    This is my favourite combination of opposite colours on the wheel and both cards are lovely. Especially like the agapanthus one a favourite stamp of mine

    Two gorgeous cards, Val...but I do like your first one the most. Your colour blocks and stamping look fab ! Love how your created your second card too, though.

    I wish I had known you when I used a colourant on my hair years ago and it turned GREEN!!! LOL!! x

    Two fabby cards again Val, I love the stamp you used on the first one esp. and the fabulous inking.Great trellis and pretty butterfly on the second one too.Love how you used the two colors. Of course we both know about the emergency ketchup on blonde hair trick esp. if you have been swimming he he.I expect Gay will know too, I forget how many hairdressers we have amongst us lol.Have a lovely weekend, we are celebrating family birthdays now we are both improving....oh and two more Charlie sitting sessions too lol. :) Viv xx
